Prieeyya founded Our Wave in 2018 as someone who was both frustrated and shocked at how our education and training systems function almost entirely separately from the workplace and workforce.

She saw the opportunity (and took it) to build something unique - a system of learning that was people-first, community driven and tailored to educating folks with

in-demand skills blending business and technology education.

Six years later, and 2000+ people upskilled, she is looking to expand her & the Our Wave team's expertise into the C-suite and boardroom. Our leaders today need to be in the know, supported and regularly update their knowledge base to chart a path in this new era of business. What got us here will not get us through this next wave ;) of disruption.
